Student! Unleash your inner designer and design a craft-themed badge for the Craft Museum of Finland. You

You can send your suggestions to the museum using the online form from 6 September to 8 October 2023, so get creative! The designer of the chosen badge will be awarded a prize.

What kind of badge is the museum looking for? Fun, creative and interesting, but with a theme of craftsmanship, making with your hands or handicrafts. The finished jumpsuit badge should be square or round, max 8 cm in diameter. The badge can be in colour, or black and white, but the border stitching on the badge should be museum orange (CMYK: 100Y, 50M or # f39200). Combine text, images or just use one or the other as you wish. The language can be Finnish, English or, of course, jyväskylä dialect. The full rights of use of the design of the chosen badge design will be transferred to the Craft Museum of Finland.  The deadline for submissions is 8 October, so please send us your proposals by then in image format (jpeg, png, tiff, gif or pdf).

We will inform all the participants of the decision on which badge the museum will print by 13 October, after which we will contact the selected designer. The winner will not only receive a perpetual glory, of course, but also a gift voucher for the museum shop of the Craft Museum of Finland and a free ticket to the museum until the end of 2024. And, of course, a finished badge, once they are produced.

You can submit your own proposal here: www.lyyti.in/SKM_haalarimerkki
